Standard Fee Agreement

This Agreement is between _______________________________ ("Client" or "You") and Guera Law, LLC ("Provider" or "We"). 

Provider will provide legal assistance only for Client’s DACA renewal application covered by this Agreement. Provider will not provide representation in court, legal advice outside the scope of this Agreement, or assistance with other immigration matters. Services include: 

• Reviewing eligibility and prior DACA documentation; 
• Helping gather necessary documents; and 
• Preparing and filing Form I‑821D, Form I‑765, and Form I-765WS with USCIS. 

The fee for services performed under this Agreement is $375. $187.50 is due at signing, and $187.50 is due at filing. 

• Provide complete and accurate information. 
• Submit all requested documents on time. 
• Sign all forms and documents where required. 
• Disclose any criminal history, pending removal proceedings, or other relevant information honestly.

USCIS makes all final decisions. Provider cannot guarantee approval of Client's DACA renewal application. Providing false or incomplete information may affect eligibility. We are not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed information. 

All information shared with Provider will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable attorney-client privilege rules. 

Client or Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. 

By signing, You acknowledge that You have read and understand the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of the last signature below.
